We are building GoFlight — an operations platform for mid-size US charter operators (10-30 aircraft). Free tools for the operator (quoting, operations, marketplace). Monetized through Flyn — an AI teammate that handles the administrative work nobody went into aviation for: chasing vendors, propagating changes across eight parties, tracking trips, collecting documents before wheels-up.

We ship weekly. We build with AI agents. We are pre-revenue with three design partners starting 45-day pilots. The platform was built solo by the founder — and now needs a sharp second pair of hands.

• Location: Charlotte, NC / Miami, FL / Remote (US only)
• Comp: Cash / equity, your split — negotiable

• Frontend: React
• Backend: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB
• AI: Multi-model — Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek (model-agnostic)
• Comms: Voice AI (Telnyx SIP), SMS, WhatsApp, email
• Payments: Stripe
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, straight-to-main

What You Would Do

Own pieces of four product areas:

• The free layer: RFQ management, bid tracking, operations
• Flyn: personalized AI teammate with memories and workflows
• Omnichannel coordination: SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice
• Ancillary tools: payments, compliance, fleet, crew management

What We Need

• Full-stack generalist (React + AWS serverless + databases)
• Has built something real with LLM APIs — shipped product, not tutorials
• Ships fast, communicates clearly, figures things out autonomously
• Startup urgency — this is not a 9-to-5

Bonus (Not Required)

• Aviation industry knowledge (charter ops, Part 135, FBOs, dispatching)
• Pilot certificate or dispatch experience
• Early-stage startup experience (pre-Series A)
• AI-assisted dev workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot at depth)
• Design sensibility
