About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the charge in growing our affiliate lead generation efforts, boosting brand awareness, and creating scalable partnerships. This is a high-impact role focused on driving high-intent, low-cost leads across all Goettl markets. You will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing and collaborate with teams across the company to refine affiliate strategies, manage budgets, and optimize performance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and refine a comprehensive affiliate strategy focused on lead quality and conversion rates
• Manage affiliate contracts and negotiations to secure top-performing leads at the best possible rates
• Identify, research, and onboard new affiliate partners and outreach opportunities
• Monitor and manage monthly and annual budgets, proactively addressing over/under pacing
• Use analytics tools to track affiliate performance and generate actionable reporting
• Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to inform growth strategy
• Cultivate relationships with local affiliates, influencers, and media partners
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align campaign goals with budget and operational capacity
• Prepare executive reports, award submissions, and performance summaries on a regular cadence

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing large affiliate accounts or national brand partnerships
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, XLOOKUPS, If/Then logic)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning abilities
• Experience with affiliate platforms like Katalys, Impact, Angi, Yelp, or BBB is a strong plus
• A committed and progressive work history
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
• Clean motor vehicle record and an active driver’s license
