About the Role
We are seeking a Senior/Lead Full-Stack Product Designer to take ownership of the entire design lifecycle—from research to UX/UI execution—helping shape our product experience from the ground up. You will be instrumental in crafting innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and impact within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
🎨 End-to-End Design Leadership – Oversee the entire design process, from user research to high-fidelity UI.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on product vision.
📊 User Research & Testing – Conduct interviews, usability testing, and research to understand user needs deeply.
📐 UX/UI Execution – Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs that drive engagement.
🛠 Advocate for Best Practices – Ensure accessibility, design consistency, and industry best practices.
⚡ Agile & Iterative Approach – Work in an Agile environment, iterating quickly and refining designs based on feedback.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven Full-Stack Product Design Experience – Ideally at a senior or lead level.
🎨 Strong Portfolio – Demonstrates UX/UI expertise and showcases products taken from 0 to 1.
📊 User Research & Interaction Design Skills – Ability to translate complex user needs into elegant solutions.
🛠 Proficiency in Design Tools – Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar.
💡 Excellent Problem-Solving & Communication – Ability to collaborate with teams and present design decisions effectively.
🎓 Bonus: Experience in Education or EdTech is highly desirable.
