Key Points:

• Open to remote, Midwest based talent, and also NYC (Chicago being the preference)
• Salary range of $193,500-228,000 + 15% bonus for remote, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, or similar Midwest City
• Salary range of $223,000-262,000 + 15% bonus for NYC
• Must have experience in digital products and/or SaaS and working experience with banking or credit institutions, ideally around loan origination and syndication.

Senior Product Manager – Syndicated Lending Platform

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll shape the platform’s vision and build new capabilities across the loan syndication lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative features to market.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and drive the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Serve as the customer advocate, engaging directly with users to translate pain points into product solutions.
• Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to guide product decisions and growth opportunities.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and support teams to build go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7-10 years of product management experience with digital products in financial services, ideally with loan origination or syndication platforms.
• Preferred: Experience working directly with banking institutions or as a Relationship Manager; nCino platform experience a plus.
• Proven success delivering digital products through agile development and human-centered design.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on product execution.
• Comfortable prioritizing and adapting in fast-moving environments.
