Key Responsibilities
Design & Visual Development
- Design and optimize landing pages, websites, and digital ads for maximum conversion rates
- Create visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines while driving user engagement
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma
- Design responsive layouts that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective design solutions
Conversion Rate Optimization
- Apply CRO principles and best practices to all design work
- Conduct design analysis and recommend improvements based on user behavior and testing results
- Design A/B test variations for landing pages and advertisements
- Optimize user experience flows to maximize conversion funnels
- Stay current with CRO trends, tools, and methodologies
Cross-Industry Expertise
- Adapt design approach and aesthetic to suit different industries and target audiences
- Understand unique design requirements and user expectations across B2B and B2C segments
- Create designs that resonate with diverse demographics and business contexts
- Maintain design consistency while customizing for specific market needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional web design experience with a strong portfolio in landing pages and website design.
- Expertise in designing for both B2B and B2C audiences across multiple industries.
- Proven ability to create high-converting landing pages and advertisements.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization principles.
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Strong foundation in UX/UI design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.
- Experience working with design systems and ensuring brand consistency.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to craft designs that balance aesthetic appeal and functional performance.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Fluent in English
- Strong project management abilities
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for better design-to-development handoff
- Motion design skills and experience with animation tools
- Video editing capabilities for multimedia content creation
- Experience with additional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
- Knowledge of analytics tools and data-driven design decisions
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Previous agency or consultancy experience
Portfolio Requirements
Candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating:
- Landing page designs with clear conversion goals and results where available
- Website designs for both B2B and B2C clients
- Ad designs across various formats and platforms
- Examples of work across different industries
- Before/after examples of CRO improvements (if available)
