📈 Organic Growth & Facebook Group Marketing

• Lead and scale Facebook Group marketing efforts to drive consistent growth and engagement
• Deploy content strategies, growth hacks, and audience-building tactics tailored to Facebook’s latest trends and algorithm shifts
• Oversee content creation and ensure all copy and visuals hit hard and convert
• Collaborate with the copy team to refine messaging for maximum impact

📲 Content & Social Media Strategy

• Build and execute strategies to grow our Facebook Groups and expand reach across new platforms
• Turn underperforming social accounts into high-engagement engines
• Drive alignment between brand voice, goals, and content

🧠 Team Leadership & Execution

• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• Manage workflows and ensure consistent delivery of top-tier content and results
• Own daily decision-making to stay ahead of competitors and drive innovation

⚙️ Service & Performance Optimization

• Refine internal processes to boost team efficiency and client outcomes
• Use data and performance analysis to guide optimization
• Deliver A+ service and generate real, qualified leads

🤝 Client Communication

• Build deep, trusted relationships through 1:1 client meetings
• Communicate campaign strategy and performance clearly and proactively
• Educate clients on organic marketing best practices, aligning campaigns with their broader business goals

• 2+ years of experience in organic marketing & lead generation
• Proven success in Facebook Group marketing and growth
• A strategic thinker who can also execute when needed
• Obsessed with performance, testing, and optimization
• Strong communicator who builds lasting client relationships
• Known for keeping clients happy and delivering consistent results
