About the Role

- Confident in building and managing campaigns for mobile apps across multiple ad platforms
As a Growth Marketing Strategist, you’ll play a key role in setting and executing user acquisition strategies, while collaborating with both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage performance marketing accounts for mobile app clients
- Plan and execute media buys across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and paid search platforms like Apple Search Ads and Google UAC
- Lead creative production workflows and ensure smooth asset handoff to media channels
- Design and refine creative testing frameworks tailored to individual app needs
- Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights that drive optimization
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders and clients
- Leverage MMPs and analytics dashboards to manage attribution, reporting, and measurement
- Contribute to discussions around CAC, LTV, payback windows, and run rates
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve performance across the funnel
- Collaborate with the product and data teams on analytics infrastructure and data flow
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or user acquisition
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in app performance marketing, particularly on paid social (this will be tested)
- Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Branch, Kochava, or AirBridge
- Solid understanding of iOS attribution, including SKAdNetwork, ATT, and probabilistic methods (this will be tested)
- Proficiency with tools like Meta AEM, TikTok ADC, and Google UAC
- Proven experience running iOS app campaigns optimized for CPA, ROAS, and LTV
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-output environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated curiosity and ongoing learning in industry trends
- Experience with consumer subscription apps and freemium models
- Understanding of onboarding flows, retention strategies, and paywall testing
- Flexibility and strategic thinking around platform changes, especially iOS and social algorithm shifts
