Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced, all-round Marketing Manager. In this role, you will join an ambitious and dynamic Growth Marketing Division. As part of an international team, you will report to the global Head of Product Marketing and CX and collaborate daily with the Head of Communications and PR. You will be an integral part of a fast-growing business where your contributions will significantly impact the company’s growth trajectory in Ukraine.

What you’ll do:

• As part of a wider global marketing team, take responsibility for all marketing activities in the Ukrainian market under the supervision of the Head of Product Marketing and CX.
• Closely collaborate with local sales teams and with relevant product team members.
• Produce sales collaterals, event, webinar, digital campaign, and social media content in Ukrainian, based on inputs from global marketing and local sales teams.
• Support communications and attend local events as well as support the execution of GMS events in the market.
• Support the wider team with localization of English content for various touchpoints (e.g., ad copies, landing pages, social media posts, customer emails, webinar and speaker presentations).
• Provide regular reports on delivery and results of the activities in the Ukrainian market.
• Support Product Marketing and CX team with adaptations of customer satisfaction surveys for the Ukrainian market.
• Create and execute PR and Communication plan for the Ukrainian market, under the supervision of the global Head of Comms and PR.
• Support internal communication activities.

What we expect:

• 5+ years of proven experience driving a wide spectrum of B2B marketing activities with tangible business results in the Ukrainian market. Comms and PR background is a must.
• Native Ukrainian speaker with excellent writing skills across various formats and different external and internal audiences.
• Fluent English with the ability to produce content pieces.
• Ability to create and execute tailored communication plans.
• Ability to create engaging, memorable content across different formats.
• Experience building engaging PowerPoint presentations.
• Great understanding of localization principles vs translation.
• Understanding of brand principles and adherence to company tone of voice.
• High interest in AI topics and new technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
