We’re a small, remote design studio specialising in beautiful, conversion-savvy work for e-commerce and lifestyle brands. Think elevated branding, high-performing Shopify sites, and the kind of design that actually sells product (not just collects likes).

Right now, we're juggling a million things (in the best way), and we're looking for someone who’s ready to jump in and build alongside the creative director — not just follow briefs.

You finish a client project and think, “What else can I get started on?” You’re someone who spots an opportunity to make something better. You see a client landing page and suggest 3 ways to boost conversions. You’re not just doing the work — you’re thinking strategically and proactively helping the business grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing elevated brand identities (logos, palettes, guidelines, decks, etc.)
Building beautiful, functional Shopify sites and landing pages in Figma (just design, no coding!)
Creating digital assets for email, paid ads, and organic social
Art directing campaigns and assisting with photoshoot direction
Collaborating across Slack & Asana
Bringing ideas, asking questions, and contributing beyond the brief

You’re Perfect for This If You:

Are available full-time (ideally 10am–6pm AEST or with crossover)
Have 3+ years’ experience in a design role and a folio to back it up
Are fluent in Figma + Illustrator (Photoshop is a bonus)
Have a sharp eye for detail (you notice when spacing is off by 2px)
Understand the why behind the design — not just how it looks
Enjoy building brands from the ground up and want to grow with us
Are proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented
Know how to balance creative flair with strategic thinking

You need daily checklists or someone looking over your shoulder
You prefer to only stick to briefs without questioning the bigger picture
You want basic design tasks or junior-level work
