Your Mission

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind lead generation and event attendance for monthly coaching events. Your role will focus on:

✅ Funnel Optimization: Create high-converting landing pages for our in-person and online events funnels

✅ Event Marketing: Create Meta ads and campaigns to drive awareness and market for 1 major and 2 minor events monthly.

✅ Email Marketing & Automation: Build and optimize automated email workflows using tools like GoHighLevel or Mailchimp.

✅ WhatsApp Marketing: Execute broadcast campaigns to boost engagement and event sign-ups.

✅ Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like CTR, open rates, conversion rates, and CPL to ensure maximum ROI.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a results-oriented marketer who:

✔️ Has 5–7 years of experience in digital lead generation (coaching, training, or service industries preferred).

✔️ Is an email marketing pro with expertise in automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.

✔️ Knows how to optimize funnels to drive conversions across email, landing pages, and paid campaigns.

✔️ Is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

✔️ Is tech-savvy and experienced with tools like GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation platforms.

Bonus Skills:

• Basic video editing for promotional content.

• Fluency in Chinese (preferred but not required).
