UIUX Designer

We seek UI/UX Designers (Vietnamese candidates only) who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Hanoi/Danang - Hybrid Working, Ho Chi Minh - Remote Full-time

You will get the chance to:

• Own and lead complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end with a high level of autonomy.
• Act as the primary design and technical reference within the team.
• Anticipate risks and proactively manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead strategic conversations, defending solutions with data, business KPIs, and product vision.
• Conduct QA and design audits in real environments (pre-production and production) to ensure design fidelity and quality.
• Ensure consistency across products by contributing to and evolving design systems.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to co-create solutions alongside engineering teams.
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows or agents to improve team efficiency and reduce operational friction.
• Use AI to enhance design processes, including automation, rapid prototyping, and predictive insights.
• Explore and implement new ways of integrating AI into product experiences.
• Foster a critical mindset and keep the team aligned with industry trends and emerging technologies.

What will help you succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
• Proven experience leading complex digital products from concept to launch.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and high-quality execution.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Strong product thinking and business orientation.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams (Agile environments).
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable design practices.
• Good at English skills
