Website Project Manager
About Company and Role
We are a digital services company producing websites at scale using AI-assisted workflows combined with human quality control. This role leads the website production process and ensures consistent quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. The position reports to the Operations Manager and manages internal website coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing/ Manage website projects through the full development lifecycle
- Lead and hold website project coordinators accountable
- Perform quality assurance on AI-generated website templates
- Ensure all websites meet internal standards before client delivery
- Provide technical guidance and WordPress expertise to the team
- Conduct client consultations and translate requirements into deliverables (do it and teach your team)
- Manage revisions and ensure client satisfaction
- Track production metrics and improve internal processes
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional WordPress experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of website UX/UI and conversion principles
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong decision-making and quality control judgment
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
- Experience managing small to medium-sized teams
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles (On site SEO)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with CMS platforms beyond WordPress
- Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Slack, or similar)
- Background in web development or design

- Target output of 20 websites per month and growing (Through your teams efforts)
