About Company and Role
U.S. telehealth startup operating at the frontier of longevity, wellness, and functional medicine. We are hiring a UI/UX Ecommerce Designer to elevate the brand’s digital experience across Shopify, email, and marketing surfaces. This role is a force multiplier for our creative team, not a generalist, but a specialist in ecommerce design, web optimization, and performance-driven creative.
This designer will work alongside our current creative lead (Jay-ar), who will continue focusing on video and static asset production. The UI/UX Designer will focus on web, landing pages, email design, and ecommerce UX. This is a high-taste, high-growth role aimed at someone with a strong U.S. ecommerce background, especially in health, wellness, or DTC.
Key Responsibilities
Web & Ecommerce Design
- Design and iterate on Shopify-based web experiences: landing pages, product pages, and funnels
- Support the creation of a WordPress/WooCommerce sister brand website
- Build modular, conversion-optimized design systems to enable fast A/B testing and CRO iterations
- Partner closely with our Web & Growth Engineer to ensure performance and build quality
Email & Marketing Design
- Design email campaigns and lifecycle flows in Klaviyo or similar platforms
- Create static and light animated (GIF) assets for email, social, and site promotions
- Design clean, high-impact marketing creative aligned to our offers and brand strategy
- Pair visual design with clear copy to drive user action
Brand, CRO & User Behavior
- Apply CRO and UX/UI principles across all design work
- Understand the psychology behind conversion, user trust, and digital health engagement
- Elevate visual consistency and brand quality across all customer touchpoints
- Stay informed on trends across U.S. DTC, wellness, and ecommerce brands
AI-First Execution (Non-Negotiable)
- Use AI tools regularly to explore directions, iterate faster, and improve creative quality
- Actively leverage AI in design workflows—not just occasionally
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong Shopify web and landing page design experience (WordPress a plus)
- Experience designing high-conversion ecommerce flows and email layouts
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools
- Excellent design taste and understanding of DTC ecommerce and wellness brands
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, CRO, and mobile-first design
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
- Regular use of AI in creative and design work
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience working on U.S. brands in healthcare, wellness, or longevity
- Interest in health, fitness, or lifestyle optimization
- Video editing or motion design skills are a plus (not required)
- Familiarity with influencer content formats and best practices
