Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at performance marketing. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of customer acquisition efforts, creative strategy, and campaign optimization. You’ll collaborate with a mission-driven, execution-focused team to build a standout consumer brand in the wellness space.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define KPIs, oversee six-figure media budgets, lead reporting cycles, and drive marketing effectiveness.
- Meta Ads (Required): Plan and execute high-impact Facebook/Instagram campaigns, optimizing for eCommerce metrics like ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Campaign Execution: Design and test full-funnel strategies—offers, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Creative Direction: Guide design/content teams to produce scroll-stopping visuals and conversion-friendly funnels.
- Conversion Optimization: Improve pre-click, post-click, checkout, and upsell performance across the user journey.
- Analytics & Attribution: Use tools like Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or Hyros to measure and refine performance.
- Cross-Channel Growth: Contribute to broader marketing efforts including SEO, email/SMS, influencer marketing, and social media.
Who You Are:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Located in Latin America
- A seasoned performance marketer with a track record in eCommerce
- Highly analytical and experienced with campaign iteration and A/B testing
- Comfortable leading strategy and execution
- Curious, proactive, and excited about emerging tech (especially AI and automation)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Shopping)
- Experience with email/SMS platforms like Klaviyo or Go High Level
- Familiarity with Shopify and landing page builders like Webflow or Replo
- Background in influencer or UGC campaign management
- Strong eye for branding and visual marketing
