MARKETING COORDINATOR – REMOTE (LATAM)
Overview
Our client, a growing U.S.-based marketing agency, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing campaigns, client deliverables, and day-to-day coordination across multiple accounts.
This is a marketing-focused, coordination-heavy role where you’ll help keep campaigns organized, support internal communication, update systems, and ensure tasks and deliverables move forward efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple marketing campaigns
- Update and manage workflows using tools like Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or Notion
- Support client communication and campaign-related follow-ups
- Help maintain organized project documentation, calendars, and task tracking
- Coordinate between marketing, design, and operations teams
- Support campaign execution and day-to-day marketing operations
- Update and manage Go High Level (GHL) workflows, pipelines, and CRM information
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support administrative and marketing-related tasks
- Assist with reporting, scheduling, and asset coordination as needed

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing support, account coordination, or similar roles
- Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment preferred
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) or CRM platforms
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for day-to-day support tasks
- Strong English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
