Our client is seeking a proactive Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist (with Cold Calling experience) to boost inbound and outbound lead flow in the commercial and residential service markets. This role blends digital marketing execution with direct outreach, making it perfect for someone who’s equal parts creative and tenacious.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns & Lead Gen
- Plan, execute, and monitor print, digital, and social media campaigns to generate leads and grow brand demand.
- Develop and A/B test lead magnets, messaging, and landing pages for higher conversion rates.
- Use marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot) to design and deploy campaigns.
- Track lead sources, campaign ROI, and provide regular performance reports.
Outbound Prospecting
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify new leads.
- Follow up on inbound leads, estimates, and early-funnel inquiries to ensure timely engagement.
- Work closely with sales to ensure a smooth handoff of warm leads.
Sales Enablement
- Create and manage sales assets, materials, and promotional items to support field sales.
- Ensure the sales team has up-to-date tools for client engagement.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain sales and marketing performance dashboards.
- Work with leadership to track pipeline health and campaign effectiveness.
Account & Data Management
- Maintain accurate account records in ServiceTitan (or similar CRM/job management tools).
- Assist with accurate and timely sales commission reporting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in sales and marketing roles, ideally in service-based industries (e.g., plumbing, home services)
- Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media campaign management.
- Experience with AI-powered sales and marketing tools.
- CRM experience (ServiceTitan a plus).
- Analytical mindset to assess campaign ROI and sales data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
