About Company and Role
The client is a growing e-commerce kitchenware brand with the majority of its revenue (75–80%) generated through Amazon. The company also operates across platforms like Shopify and TikTok Shop but is currently focused on strengthening its Amazon presence.
This role will support the internal design team by taking ownership of Amazon-specific visual content. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon listings and understands how to create clear, engaging visuals that improve customer understanding and support conversions. This is a remote, fast-paced environment where quality, speed, and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Amazon A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content)
• Create high-quality product listing visuals with strong layout and clarity
• Design spec images and call-outs (e.g., product features, materials, capacity)
• Develop infographics and product catalogs to improve customer understanding
• Apply Amazon best practices to support listing performance and conversions
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure consistency across product listings
Must-Have Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of graphic design experience (Amazon experience strongly preferred)
• Good understanding of Amazon listing structure and content best practices
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
• Experience in e-commerce design
• Strong English communication skills (clear and concise)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimization
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Experience with kitchenware, home goods, or similar products
• Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or multi-channel e-commerce
• College degree or equivalent experience
