They are currently growing their team and looking for a Strategic Online Funnel Manager who can support their goals in customer acquisition, conversion, and digital growth.
About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and growth-oriented professional to join Global Team and work with our client on scaling digital sales funnels. In this role, you will design and optimize online funnels to increase lead generation, improve conversion, and maximize profitability. You’ll collaborate with media buyers, setters, closers, and creatives to ensure consistent growth. Experience in digital courses, certifications, or high-ticket programs is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize online sales funnels (leads, campaigns, conversions, pricing).
Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of media buyers, setters, closers, and creatives.
Measure, analyze, and scale each funnel stage with a focus on KPIs.
Develop pricing strategies and narratives that connect with the Latin American market.
Translate data insights into decisions that drive sustainable and profitable growth.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in online certifications, digital courses, or high-ticket programs.
5+ years in digital marketing, growth, or online sales.
Deep understanding of the Latin American online market.
Strategic mindset with strong knowledge of metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and scalability.
Demonstrated leadership in managing digital teams and projects.
Proficient in English (B2+ level preferred).
Bonus Points for:
Familiarity with CRM and funnel-building tools.
Experience in B2B SaaS or online education.
Additional certifications in growth marketing, funnel optimization, or digital strategy.
