Job Overview:

The Lead Data Scientist will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced analytics solutions to support the client’s transformation and rapid growth. This role requires a deep understanding of statistical and machine learning methodologies to extract insights and enable business partners to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and statistical models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, regression, time series analysis, and other advanced analytics solutions.
• Work closely with business partners to translate complex business problems into clear data science models and actionable insights.
• Lead data science projects from conception to implementation, collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Optimize and scale analytics solutions using cloud-based and distributed computing technologies.
• Effectively communicate technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Expert knowledge of statistics and machine learning methods, including regression, classification, time series analysis, clustering, simulation, and dimensionality reduction.
• Strong experience in traditional machine learning and statistics-based data science projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively, working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R.
• Hands-on experience with data science tools (e.g., Databricks), distributed computing, and cloud analytics (e.g., Azure).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to stakeholders.
