Technical Product Manager - Agentic AI

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Product Manager with deep AI expertise to lead an urgent, agentic AI initiative for a major enterprise client. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and applied AI architecture, requiring someone who can both prototype agents directly and evaluate enterprise AI platforms. You will partner closely with senior leadership stakeholders to shape use cases, build demos, and provide clear business-driven recommendations. This is a high-visibility, fast-moving engagement requiring discretion, strong judgment, and flexibility.

Essential Functions

• Partner directly with senior leadership stakeholders to define and execute an agentic AI roadmap
• Design, build, and demo AI agents and multi-step LLM workflows hands-on
• Evaluate platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) across performance, cost, scalability, and enterprise readiness
• Translate business problems into agent architectures and prototype solutions
• Develop structured recommendations on tooling, vendor selection, and deployment strategy
• Lead rapid experimentation cycles and iterate based on findings
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Product Management, Technical PM, AI Strategy, Solutions Architecture, or related roles
• Demonstrated hands-on experience building LLM-based agents (not solely managing teams who built them)
• Strong understanding of agentic systems, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong business acumen and ability to tie technical decisions to measurable impact
• Executive presence and comfort working directly with senior leadership

• Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
• JavaScript via Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tool for rapid prototyping

• Documentation and collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, etc.)
