Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist with strong expertise across

Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling, along with hands-on

experience in Generative AI, RAG architectures, Knowledge Graphs, and Agentic AI

systems.

This is a high-impact role requiring both research depth and production-level engineering

capability. You will design end-to-end AI systems powering optimization, forecasting, and

intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Machine Learning & Deep Learning

● Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML/DL models for:

○ Prediction, recommendation systems, and optimization problems

○ Time-series forecasting and demand estimation

○ Clustering, segmentation, and anomaly detection

● Build and fine-tune deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers where

applicable)

● Apply statistical modeling, causal inference, and experimentation frameworks

● Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets (including geospatial data)

Generative AI & LLM Systems

● Architect and productionize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

● Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific reasoning and analytics

● Design robust prompt strategies, evaluation pipelines, and guardrails

● Integrate LLMs with enterprise data systems (data lakes, APIs, real-time streams)

Knowledge Graphs & Semantic Intelligence

● Design and implement knowledge graphs for contextual reasoning and entity

relationships

Build graph-based retrieval and hybrid search systems (vector + symbolic)

● Work with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) and semantic query frameworks

Agentic AI & Autonomous Systems

● Build autonomous and multi-agent systems for decision-making workflows

● Design agents capable of:

○ Tool usage (APIs, databases, analytics engines)

○ Memory handling and iterative reasoning

● Implement orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.)

● Develop AI agents for:

○ Insight generation

○ Campaign optimization

○ Anomaly detection and reporting

System Design & Engineering

● Design scalable AI architectures for batch and real-time processing

● Build production-grade pipelines (training, inference, monitoring)

● Develop APIs and microservices to expose AI capabilities

● Optimize systems for performance, latency, and cost

Leadership & Collaboration

● Mentor junior data scientists and AI engineers

● Drive technical design decisions and best practices

● Collaborate with product, data engineering, and business teams

● Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core AI / ML / Deep Learning

● 5+ years of experience in Data Science / AI Engineering

● Strong expertise in:

○ Machine Learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning

basics)

○ Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)

○ Statistical modeling and probability theory

● Strong experience with model evaluation, validation, and optimization

Programming & Data Stack

● Advanced proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch / TensorFlow)

Experience with PySpark / Spark (preferred: Databricks environment)

● Strong SQL and data modeling skills

● Experience handling large-scale distributed datasets

Generative AI & LLMs

● Hands-on experience with LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, open-source LLMs, etc.)

● Strong understanding of:

○ RAG pipelines

○ Embeddings and vector search

○ LLM evaluation and optimization

● Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)

Advanced AI Systems

● Experience building or working with Knowledge Graphs

● Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen)

● Understanding of multi-step reasoning, planning, and tool integration

Cloud & MLOps / LLMOps

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred – S3, Lambda, Bedrock, etc.)

● Strong understanding of:

○ MLOps pipelines (CI/CD for ML)

○ Model monitoring and lifecycle management

○ Experiment tracking and reproducibility

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in AdTech, Mobility Data, or Geospatial Analytics

● Knowledge of H3 indexing, GIS systems, and spatial joins

● Experience building optimization engines or recommendation systems

● Exposure to streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.)

● Prior experience leading AI projects end-to-end
