Job Description

• Deep understanding of handling and analyzing large volumes of data.
• Advanced technical skills developed in creating machine learning models using Databricks, with a particular focus on classification problems.
• Enhanced comprehension of the lifecycle of machine learning projects, from conceptualization to implementation.
• Able to solve problem by using the proper statistical methods to solve various business needs.
• Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Understanding of Machine Learning Processes.
• Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve various production models.
• Good visualization skills to present the data output and readouts to leadership and partner teams.
• Knowledge of aLDM source-to-target mapping and data modeling practices.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, creating agents or developing RAGs.
• Strong communication skills to present technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud environments (such as Azure) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data preparation.
• Design, develop, validate, evaluate, and tune machine learning models (focus on classification).
• Manage the full ML lifecycle, from conceptualization to production deployment.
• Continuously improve production ML models and ensure scalability.
• Apply statistical methods to address business needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Create clear data visualizations and reports for leadership and partner teams.
• Integrate and extend custom Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance data workflows, knowledge retrieval, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Department/Project Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, and big data platforms, with proven experience in end-to-end development of ML solutions. Additionally, this role requires hands-on knowledge in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), enabling the creation of Gen-IA solutions to support business needs.
