You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering marketing and branding materials across print and digital media, including digital ad campaigns, brochures, pull-up banners, flyers, and posters. This involves interpreting and adhering to brand guidelines for all academic brands and conceptualizing and designing marketing strategies for the global market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing all prospective student lead generating materials across digital channels, presentation templates, and all offline materials
- Execution and delivery of all group brand requirements, working with copy team/key stakeholders, social, BD and marketing teams
- Developing all external designs from a user experience viewpoint, optimizing for mobile across relevant local channels
- Making sure all projects are of a high standard, creative and delivered within agreed timelines, always ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Responsible for developing creative concepts briefed from other members of the marketing team, from initial brief to completion of projects.
- Providing support and guidance on group brand campaigns generated from the Marketing Team Leaders/Managers, key stakeholders, and wider marketing team
- Supporting and delivering product campaigns as and when required for each study channel across all channels, in the Asian market
- Continuously explore and implement innovative visual strategies to maintain the organization’s competitive edge.
- Work with Creative Director to conduct Seasonal Brand Reviews and propose data-driven visual recommendations based on data analysis and current industry trends.
- Lead a team of local and cross-cultural designers, making sure all deliverables are delegated and accomplished in a timely manner.
- Inform stakeholders regarding the team's progress.
Qualifications
- Degree Holder in BA Multimedia Arts, BA Fine Arts, or relevant.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in digital design
- Experience in a creative agency is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve creative or operational challenges, with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance team performance and output quality.
- Demonstrated capability working within multicultural teams. Understanding of global design trends, cultural nuances, and managing distributed team members effectively
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), including familiarity with AI-powered features within these tools.
- A strong portfolio that not only showcases superior graphic design talents but also highlights collaborative projects, successful campaigns and innovative design strategies.
Work Arrangement
- 9F KMC Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C5 Road, Brgy Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Building is across IPI (Pasig), near Eastwood and Tiendesitas.
- Work from home with occasional visit to the office. Work tools will be provided. Must be residing near Metro Manila or nearby and have a stable internet connection (15mbps)
- Work Schedule is Monday to Friday, 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
