Senior Motion Designer

What You’ll Do

• Develop and evolve the visual and motion identity of the brand across all marketing channels and touchpoints
• Create scroll-stopping motion graphics, videos, and animations for social media, paid campaigns, and product launches
• Design and animate assets for product explainers, website hero sections, and key campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling
• Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across visuals, decks, social content, and ads
• Produce visual assets such as icons, graphics, decks, and campaign visuals—with motion polish where relevant
• Translate complex ideas into clean, visually engaging, and dynamic motion pieces

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and brand storytelling (preferably for SaaS, tech, or product-led brands)
• Skilled in layout, typography, and visual design fundamentals
• Proficient with After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
• Understanding of how motion enhances narrative and reinforces brand consistency
• Attention to detail is non-negotiable—your work should feel crafted and intentional
• Fast turnaround times and responsive communication
• Experience designing visuals for Webflow sites or other digital platforms
• Familiarity with Lottie, 3D asset workflows, or AI-assisted motion/visual generation
