AI Software Engineer (Remote)

The Role

We're hiring for a Full-stack Software Engineer who's obsessed with building products that move the world forward. You'll work across the stack to design, build, and scale intelligent systems that power Omniflow's core experience — where AI, product design, and engineering come together.

What We Look For

We're looking for senior engineers who combine deep technical skill, and strong execution to get things done, especially in ambiguous, early-stage environments. You'll likely be a strong fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience building and operating production software
• Are genuinely strong across the full stack, frontend, backend, APIs, data modeling etc
• Demonstrate excellent technical and analytical skills, especially in system design, state management, and failure analysis
• Can drive progress through ambiguity, break vague problems into concrete execution plans, and move things forward without perfect specs
• Built or worked on an AI agentic builder, AI platform beyond simple prompt chaining
• Have the perseverance to dig into complex systems, debug deeply, and see problems through until they are actually resolved

Huge Bonus If You've:

• Have prior startup experience and dealt with ambiguity and real consequences
• Designed agent orchestration, tool-calling systems, planning/execution loops, or long-running AI workflows
• Have strong, experience-backed opinions on why most "AI app builders" fail to produce real products
