About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Facebook Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid social campaigns for our ecommerce business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running Facebook and Instagram ads, optimizing ad performance, and scaling ecommerce sales through paid social strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for ecommerce products.
- Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversions.
- Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to enhance customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay updated on Facebook algorithm changes and industry best practices.
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Support ecommerce operations related to invoices, chargebacks, and dropshipping workflows.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets for campaign data analysis, budget tracking, and reporting.
- Work with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) to ensure accurate performance tracking and product data integration.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Facebook Ads for ecommerce.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager and ad policies.
- Experience in performance marketing, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify, or other ecommerce platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Experience with scaling ad campaigns and budget optimization.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with dropshipping operations, handling invoices, and managing chargebacks.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas), Google Sheets, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certification in Facebook Blueprint or similar.
Experience with other digital marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Instagram).
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
