About the Role and the Team
We are looking for a Digital Communications and Brand Manager to join the Global CCS Institute’s Communications team in Australia.
This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility for how the Institute presents itself and connects with audiences around the world. You will manage and continuously improve our website, member portal and digital channels, help deliver integrated communications campaigns, and support the consistent and effective application of our brand.
Working as part of a small, collaborative global team, you will combine strong digital communications expertise with excellent writing, editorial judgement and an understanding of how data and audience insights can improve performance. You will work closely with colleagues across the Institute, as well as external agencies and suppliers, to turn complex technical and policy information into clear, engaging and accessible communications.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, practical and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day digital and brand delivery. You will bring ideas, identify opportunities to strengthen our digital presence and audience reach, and help ensure our communications are consistently high quality and aligned with the Institute’s strategic priorities.
The role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings. As part of a global organisation, you will be comfortable working independently, collaborating across regions and occasionally accommodating different time zones.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
About You
You are an experienced digital communications professional with strong writing and editorial skills and a practical understanding of how digital channels, content and brand work together to engage audiences.
You will bring hands-on experience managing corporate websites, digital platforms and content, together with the confidence to deliver communications across digital and non-digital channels. You are comfortable using data and audience insights to understand what is working, identify opportunities and improve performance.
Proactive and curious, you enjoy bringing forward new ideas and constructively challenging established approaches. You are equally comfortable taking ownership of your work and collaborating with colleagues, agencies and stakeholders across different disciplines and regions. You will be organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities within a global working environment. Your approach will reflect the Institute’s Values of Integrity, Quality and Collaboration.
