Project Planning & Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans for digital marketing campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage project execution, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., creative, content) to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, including:
PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising
Social Media Marketing: Organic and paid campaigns across major platforms
Affiliate Marketing: Program management and optimization
Email Marketing: Campaign development, automation, and optimization
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): On-page and off-page optimization strategies
Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Performance & Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.
Identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to improve ROI.
Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Project Manager or similar role.
Channel Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and experience across all core digital marketing channels (PPC, Social, Affiliate, Email, SEO).
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and deliver results.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Agency Management: Experience working with and managing multiple agencies.
Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
