Job Scope
• Research and plan strategy for different companies for onboarding.
• Manage multiple client account.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms
mainly (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Plan and create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos
• Manage content calendar and ensure timely publication of posts
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, video editor) to align content with campaigns and brand messaging
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth,
conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly
• Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep content fresh and relevant
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (minimal)
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as Social Media Management
• Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with overseas team
• Have portfolio
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong visual and aesthetic sensibility
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (We using Metricool)
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Video editing and graphic design skills are a plus (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
