Our client from Singapore, builds VibeData, an Azure-native platform that transforms business intent into governed, AI-ready data products. You will design and ship the AI-native UX that enables intuitive, trusted collaboration between humans and agents across our Control Plane, Studio, and Assurance Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI for VibeData’s core surfaces: Control Plane, Studio, and Assurance Hub.
- Design interfaces for agent reasoning chains, diffs, confidence levels, and governance views.
- Build clear multi-turn human–AI interaction flows and complex enterprise workflows.
- Create real-time collaboration features (timelines, incidents, reviews).
- Drive concept → prototype → production UI in days using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0).
- Own and evolve the design system (shadcn/ui, Radix, Tailwind).
- Implement key interactions, responsive layouts, accessibility, and micro-interactions.
- Partner with engineering to refine design in code.
- Instrument UX telemetry and iterate weekly.
- Contribute to product direction, IA, and overall UX strategy.
Requirements:
1. Product & Interaction Design
- Strong portfolio of complex, interactive enterprise or data-heavy products.
- Expertise in flows, states, micro-interactions, progressive disclosure, reasoning/diff UIs.
- Strong IA and UX writing.
2. UI Engineering
- Able to work with React components (not purely design).
- Skilled with Tailwind, CSS, responsive layouts, shadcn/ui, Radix.
- Comfortable reading React/TypeScript and refining AI-generated code.
3. Design Systems
- Experience building/maintaining scalable component systems.
4. AI-Native Workflow
- Daily use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, Galileo).
- Comfortable generating design variations and converting Figma → AI-generated components → production UI.
- Familiar with AI uncertainty, reasoning display, and agent-assisted UX patterns.
5. Collaboration & Traits
- Ships fast with high ownership.
- Strong product taste and clarity-focused decision-making.
- Data-driven; uses telemetry to refine UX.
- Thrives in ambiguous, high-velocity environments.
