🔍 We're Hiring: Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

📍 Remote | 💼 Full-Time | 🚀 Startup Environment | US time/Shift

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centric software experiences that solve real-world problems. This is a product-focused role (not marketing) — ideal for a design professional who’s fluent in UX, UI, agile workflows, and software design.

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Own the full design lifecycle: research, wireframes, prototypes, final UI
• Collaborate with product + engineering teams in a fast-paced agile environment
• Conduct user testing and use insights to drive design decisions
• Maintain and evolve our design system and UI standards

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in product design (with at least 2+ years in a senior role)
• Strong portfolio with real product work (SaaS, apps, web platforms)
• Experience working in startups and agile teams
• Expert in Figma (or similar), with a strong grasp of UX principles
• Great communicator and team collaborator

⚡ Nice to Have:

• Front-end understanding (HTML/CSS, design-to-dev handoff)
• Experience in B2B or SaaS tools
• Motion/interaction design is a bonus
