Senior Lead Developer

Job Summary

As a Lead Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and managing our Flutter-based mobile applications, Next.js (React) web platform, and AWS-powered backend systems. You will lead a team of skilled developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet our users' needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

● Manage and develop the Flutter front-end for iOS and Android platforms.

● Manage and develop the AWS-based backend systems.

● Manage and develop the web platform using Next.js (React).

● Lead and mentor a team of front-end and back-end developers.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, marketing) to ensure seamless product development.

● Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality code.

● Contribute to the development of our technical roadmap and strategy.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile and backend development.

Qualifications

● Proven experience in managing and developing Flutter-based mobile applications and great experience in handling the Mobile UI.

● Proven experience in developing web platforms with Next.js (React) and TypeScript.

● Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and services.

● Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

● Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Passion for building innovative and user-friendly mobile applications.
