We’re looking for a Marketing and Engagement Manager to bring creativity and strategic thinking in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting organizational growth. You’ll play a key role in planning and launching webinars, shaping public perception, ensuring impactful communication across channels, and serving as a bridge between the organization and its audience.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Coordination
- Design, project manage, and execute webinar campaigns from planning to post-event engagement.
- Develop run-of-show timelines and coordinate all event logistics.
Sales Funnel Ownership
- Design full end-to-end sales funnels for webinars: registration, nurture journeys, conversion, and follow-ups.
- Tailor funnel stages to align with specific offers and objectives.
Email Marketing & Content
- Plan, write, and sequence all webinar-related email campaigns — invites, reminders, engagement, and sales sequences.
Live Event Execution
- Act as host or moderator, ensuring smooth technical setup and an engaging participant experience.
- Manage presenters, Q&A, live polls, and audience interaction.
Audience Engagement & Conversion
- Drive engagement activities and identify high-potential leads for follow-up conversion.
Post-Event Engagement
- Implement post-event activities: thank-you notes, replay distribution, surveys, and nurturing sequences.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance metrics, report ROI, identify drop-off points, and optimize for better conversions.
Collaboration
- Work with content, sales, technical teams, and external partners to align messaging and objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with media, journalists, and influencers.
- Support event presence, product launches, and public communications.
- Create and edit press materials, bios, story pitches, and media kits.
- Identify and pitch newsworthy angles to relevant outlets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of webinar production and/or digital event marketing, preferably in coaching, online education, or SaaS industries.
- Experience in sales funnel design, email marketing automation, and conversion optimization.
- Established media network (Indonesia or Singapore preferred).
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven project management and team leadership experience.
- Familiarity with digital PR tools, media platforms, and social-first PR strategies.
