Founding Software Engineer (Crypto/Blockchain)

We are looking for a Founding Software Engineer to help build the next generation of cryptocurrency and blockchain infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-performance, browser-based applications in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As an early team member, you will contribute to shaping the engineering culture, build foundational components of our stack, and solve complex problems in fintech and decentralized technologies. What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain secure, performant web-based applications in a fast- evolving crypto/blockchain ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with a small, agile, and remote-first team of engineers.
• Contribute to and potentially lead efforts in open-source JavaScript and blockchain tooling.
• Help define architecture and technical strategy from the ground up.
• Work flexibly with a focus on collaboration during core hours (11 am – 3 pm ET).
• Gain and apply domain knowledge to continuously improve product design and development.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience working in cryptocurrency and blockchain projects.
• 3+ years of professional experience with JavaScript, Python, React, and Node.js.
• A strong passion for emerging technologies and innovation.
• Ability to thrive in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to tackle challenging technical problems.
