• Mentor junior engineers, ensuring growth and quality across all levels of the team.

✅ You Bring:

• 8+ years of experience building and managing platforms using AEM (on-prem and cloud).
• Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Experience designing APIs and integrating cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• A track record of leading development teams and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• A mindset of continuous learning and a passion for emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
