This role is not for freshers!

Welcome to GlintMeUp, where we believe that life is too short to be ordinary and jewelry should never be boring! At GlintMeUp.com, we create unconventional, playful, and vibrant artificial jewelry designed to spark conversations and ignite self-expression. Our unique pieces cater to bold trendsetters, quirky fashionistas, and rule-breakers alike. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality craftsmanship that allows our customers to embrace their individuality without compromising on style or affordability.

We’re not just a jewelry brand—we’re a vibrant community of kindred spirits who celebrate the joy of being uniquely yourself. Join us as we continue to innovate and create jewelry that makes a statement, and help us design experiences that are as bold and colorful as our products.

The Role:

We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional, user-centered experiences for our website, mobile apps, and digital platforms. As a key player in shaping the future of GlintMeUp, your role will involve close collaboration with our design, marketing, and tech teams to ensure our digital presence reflects the fun, whimsical, and inclusive spirit of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end user experience design process, from user research and wireframing to visual design and final implementation, ensuring an outstanding experience for our users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, etc.) to create intuitive and delightful digital products.
  • Advocate for the user, continuously pushing to elevate the design of our website and mobile apps while keeping user needs at the heart of your work.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to identify pain points, design solutions, and improve overall user satisfaction.
  • Design and implement wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that bring the GlintMeUp brand to life across digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a user-centered design approach while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
  • Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback and guiding their development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience: 2+ years in user experience design (UX) with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on consumer-facing digital products.
  • Proven experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas effectively through mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Experience with conducting user research, user testing, and analyzing data to drive design decisions.
  • A passion for creating playful, engaging, and user-friendly experiences that align with a brand’s unique voice.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms or fashion-related digital products.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of accessibility principles and best practices.
  • Interest in fashion, jewelry, and creating fun and bold design experiences.

Why GlintMeUp?

  • Be part of a dynamic, creative team in a fun, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Work on projects that push the boundaries of conventional design, helping to create a playful and unique online experience.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Remote work flexibility and a culture that values creativity and individuality.

If you're ready to bring your creative spark to GlintMeUp and help us revolutionize the way people experience jewelry online, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and let’s make something extraordinary together!
