Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid/online marketing efforts. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, experience in digital marketing channels, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive online engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across digital platforms including SEM (Google Ads), display advertising, email marketing, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, etc., and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging content for ad campaigns and other digital campaigns.
• Track KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Paid Channel traffic, CTR, and ROI on campaigns.
• Stay current with emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to propose new growth opportunities.
• Support lead generation and nurturing strategies through marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce etc.).
• Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM strategies, and email marketing tools.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.
• Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
• Experience in B2B/B2C marketing environments.
• Working experience in website management
