Technical Solutions Engineer

We are partnering with a leading global provider of data labeling and annotation solutions at the cutting edge of AI development. Our client operates one of the most advanced platforms in the market and delivers scalable ML training data through a combination of public crowdsourcing, expert input, and automated workflows. They’re looking to bring on a Technical Solutions Engineer to join their growing international team.

This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical foundation in Python and data operations, who enjoys working directly with clients and delivering intelligent, high-performing solutions for machine learning pipelines.

Location: remote (GMT-4 - GMT+6)

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis

• Understand customer needs and translate them into structured solution designs
• Support pre-sales activities with technical insights
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure successful implementation

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Design and deploy optimal pipelines using the internal data labeling tech stack
• Configure and integrate labeling components into automated ML workflows
• Run data experiments to ensure performance meets quality and speed benchmarks
• Take a lead technical role in delivery and implementation phases

Monitoring & Optimization

• Track pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency
• Investigate and correct data quality issues, analyzing error trends and improving models
• Stay up to date with new technologies and implement improvements

Your Profile

• 3+ years in a technical solutions, data analyst, data scientist, or similar technical role
• Strong hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, API/SDK integration); familiarity with Airflow is a plus
• Good understanding of data processing, ML concepts, and data quality metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1, etc.)
• Ability to handle version control and testing
• Exposure to large-scale pipelines and projects with multiple technical stages
• Experience communicating effectively with technical stakeholders and clients
• Knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and sometimes asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with crowdsourcing platforms or ML data labeling projects
• Previous involvement in AI or machine learning environments
