Our next step is launching the Giramille 5.0 Department: an AI multi-agent ecosystem operating as a true global department, inspired by Disney, Warner, Mattel, and Hasbro benchmarks — but built with more innovation, automation, and agility.
About the Role
You will create from scratch an ecosystem of 141 AI agents (layered architecture) to accelerate international sales, licensing, and e-commerce/affiliates — with governance, compliance, and executive dashboards.
Architecture (141 Agents)
Strategic (27): 1 Master (CEO/orchestrator), 5 VPs/Advisors, 13 by Product Category (ABRAL model), 6 Regional, 1 Executive Assistant, 1 Royalties/Audit & Anti-piracy.
Business (20): 6 Strategic Support (legal, finance/royalties, go-to-market/brand, holiday, corporate comms, insights) + 14 Special Business (audiovisual, parks, naming rights, games, tech, etc.).
Operational (70): Social Media across 10 languages × 7 platforms.
Expansion (24): 3 Press/PR, 3 HR & Culture, 15 Sales & E-commerce, 3 Global Events.
Critical Point (Brazil | Bling ERP)
All registrations, inventory updates, and order invoicing for physical products in Brazil will be managed via Bling (integrated with Amazon, Shopee, Mercado Livre, etc.).
The manager must enforce Bling adoption as the official OMS/ERP, integrate it with the 3PL distribution center, and clear the error queue daily (e.g., stockouts, rejected invoices).
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end implementation of the multi-agent department with layered governance (VPs → Master), daily reports, and executive dashboards (Looker/Power BI).
Install, configure, and run Flowise Open Source locally (on-premise) on our servers/computers, with proper versioning, start/stop scripts, and full documentation.
Select and integrate 2 LLMs with best cost-benefit ratio (e.g., 1 fast/cheap for scale + 1 precise for critical tasks), optimizing cost per 1K tokens, latency, and response quality.
Unify CRM & communications (segmented emails, WhatsApp Business API, LinkedIn) and automate B2B prospecting.
Deploy CLM/Royalties (Rightsline/FADEL or open source equivalent) for MG, escalations, and audits.
Guarantee Bling as the single source of truth (catalog, pricing, orders, stock) in 13.0/13.6 (Sales & E-commerce) and monitor discrepancies daily.
Develop playbooks by Product Category (13) and Region (6), aligned to ABRAL and international benchmarks.
Automated reports:
Daily (WhatsApp): status, alerts, pending tasks.
Weekly (Dashboard): performance per category/territory.
Monthly (Executive): ROI, conversion rates, goals vs. results.
Multichannel B2C chatbot (site + socials) for basic support and engagement.
Elasticity of operations: dynamically accelerate or slow down agents depending on pipeline (e.g., if meetings overflow → reduce cadence; if too slow → increase pace).
Key KPIs
Licensing: 3–5 qualified meetings/week; ≥20% proposal conversion.
Sponsorships/Films: 2–4 meetings/week; 1 proposal/15 days.
Experiences: 2–3 events/month; 1 new project/quarter.
Audiovisual: 1 international contract/semester; +15% catalog reach/semester.
Social Media: +10–15% engagement/month; 100% on-calendar per language/platform.
E-commerce/Apps: ROAS>2; M2≥45% retention (apps); payback <90 days; <1% fraud; >98% on-time affiliate payouts.
Bling/Operations: error queue cleared daily; rejected invoices solved D+0; stock discrepancies <0.3%.
Minimum Tech Stack
Languages & Orchestration: Python, LangChain/Flowise (OSS installed locally), PyTorch.
Integrations: Gmail/Outlook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp API, HubSpot/Pipedrive, Apollo/Lusha/RocketReach.
LLMs (2 models): 1 cost-efficient + 1 high-quality (A/B testing + prompt guards).
CLM/Royalties: Rightsline/FADEL or OSS equivalent.
Data & BI: Looker Studio/Power BI + BigQuery/Snowflake.
E-commerce (Brazil): Bling ERP/OMS + marketplace integrations (Amazon, Shopee, Mercado Livre) + 3PL.
Security: SSO, 2FA, password vault, centralized logs/audit.
Requirements
Proven experience in end-to-end AI multi-agent implementation.
Installation & operation of Flowise OSS on-premise (mandatory).
Strong Python + API integration skills.
Hands-on LangChain/Flowise experience.
Automated B2B prospecting (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp).
CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive), sales funnel reporting, and daily reporting discipline.
Advanced English (mandatory).
Nice-to-Haves
International licensing (MG, royalties, flat-fees, escalations); ABRAL & Licensing International knowledge.
Sponsorships/naming rights, product placement, audiovisual distribution.
Storytelling and executive-level commercial presentations.
Power BI/Looker/Tableau dashboards for board reporting.

Contract & Pricing (Work for Hire)
Freelance / Contractor (PJ).
Full IP transfer of all code, flows, integrations, and agents to Giramille.
One-time payment (installments allowed by milestones).
Tier 1: 27 × $20 = $540

Total: 141 agents = $1,828 (includes docs, dashboards, training, and 90-day SLA).
