Key Responsibilities
1- Campaign Strategy and Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, display advertising and programmatic media.
- Collaborate to align campaign strategies with client goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and maxime ROI.
2- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
- Work with the team to provide regular, detailed performance reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
3- Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Monitor spend and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget while delivering optimal results.
4-Innovation and Trend Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Identify and implement innovative strategies.
5-Team Collaboration:
- Work Closely with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members, foresting a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ year experience working in digital marketing, with a focus on biddable media (PPC, display, programmatic).
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with ASANA is highly preferred.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Work Schedule:
Part-time: Availability to work 10-15 hours per week at MST US.
