GHOST SHERPA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
This fully remote position will play a crucial role in driving our clients’ digital marketing initiatives and delivering outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, a passion for performance and analytics, and the ability to develop and execute innovative, results-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy and Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, display advertising, and programmatic media.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director of Biddable Media to align campaign strategies with client goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and maximize ROI.
2. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
- Work with the internal Analytics Teams to provide regular, detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
3. Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring eficient allocation of resources to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Monitor spend and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget while delivering optimal results.
4. Innovation and Trend Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to keep the agency and its clients ahead of the competition.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and technical teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on biddable media (PPC, display, programmatic).
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently ina fully remote environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with Asana is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
