We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong backend focus and full-stack capabilities, capable of taking products from ambiguous business ideas to scalable production systems. We are looking for engineers with strong ownership, architectural judgment, and hands-on experience building, shipping, and supporting production-grade systems at scale.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in ambiguity, makes thoughtful technical decisions, and can independently lead solutions from concept through production support.

This is a highly autonomous, hands-on engineering role with approximately 60% backend and 40% frontend responsibilities.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

🔹 Experience:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Proven track record building, releasing, and supporting systems across multiple production environments.

Strong experience owning projects end-to-end, from idea through production support.

🔹 Backend & Fullstack Engineering:

Strong backend engineering expertise with regular frontend development exposure.

Experience designing and developing scalable production systems.

Ability to independently translate vague or incomplete requirements into technical solutions.

Strong understanding of:

• System design

🔹 AI & Modern Engineering Workflows:

Experience integrating AI capabilities into real production systems.

• Strong ability to use AI-assisted development tools productively while critically validating generated outputs and architectural decisions.

🔹 Frontend Development:

Comfortable contributing to frontend development as part of a fullstack workflow.
