Role Overview:

• As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you will join our client's R&D team, focusing on designing and delivering cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. Your work will directly support both internal innovation and client transformation projects across diverse industries.
• You will operate within a multicultural, distributed team, taking ownership of AI use cases, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the evolution of the AI services portfolio.
• This role is ideal for someone passionate about Generative AI and machine learning, who thrives in agile environments, and is eager to apply AI research in practical, high-impact applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate AI use cases into architectural and implementation requirements.
• Drive R&D initiatives by integrating the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning.
• Mentor and empower junior colleagues in AI and software engineering best practices. Expand the AI services offering through solution development and internal knowledge sharing.
• Maintain awareness of the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and adapt solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals.
• Ensure high quality and scalability through rigorous testing and code review
• Design, develop, and deploy custom AI solutions within the clients’ system landscapes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 6 months working on Generative AI applications.
• Proficient in Python; experience with additional languages such as Java, C++, or Go is a plus.
• Experience deploying Generative AI and LLM-based solutions in commercial or consulting environments.
• Strong knowledge of RAG systems, query translation, hierarchical indexing, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Familiarity with ML model fine-tuning, deployment pipelines, and vector databases.
• Understanding of ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Comfortable working in Agile/SCRUM environments and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
