We’re growing fast and looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can own our HubSpot environment, marketing funnel tracking, campaign attribution, landing page creation, and marketing analytics.

What You’ll Do

HubSpot Ownership (Marketing + Sales + AM Teams)

  • Serve as the primary HubSpot admin for marketing, sales, and account management.
  • Build and optimize pipelines, workflows, lead routing, scoring, email sequences, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure all marketing activities, leads, demos, and conversions are properly tracked and attributed.
  • Create dashboards that show demos booked by source (Facebook ads, cold email, organic, referrals, etc.).
  • Improve CRM data quality, enrichment, segmentation, and lifecycle stages.

Landing Pages & Website Management

  • Build high-converting landing pages in WordPress using Elementor.
  • Create HubSpot landing pages, forms, and CTAs when needed.
  • Set up conversion tracking, UTMs, and pixel events across Meta, Google, and HubSpot.

Marketing Analytics & Attribution

  • Track ROAS, CPL, CAC, efficiency per campaign, and full-funnel performance.
  • Implement multi-touch attribution where possible inside HubSpot.
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and third-party marketing tools.

Inbound Campaign Support

  • Support Facebook ads, cold email outreach, and inbound funnels by ensuring all tracking and workflows are correctly tied into HubSpot.
  • Monitor funnel performance and identify opportunities for conversion lift.

Copywriting & Content

  • Write clear, compelling marketing copy for landing pages, nurture sequences, ads, and campaigns.

  • Support testing of new messaging, positioning, and creative ideas.

What You Bring

  • 3–6+ years in Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS or tech company.

  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub & Sales Hub.

  • Strong proficiency with WordPress + Elementor.

  • Deep understanding of attribution, UTMs, pixels, and conversion tracking.

  • Experience supporting Meta Ads, Google Ads, and cold outbound email campaigns.

  • Analytical mindset: You love dashboards, numbers, and optimization.

  • Ability to write strong marketing copy (ad copy, landing page copy, nurture emails).

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, AM, Growth, and Leadership.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of Zapier, Make.com, or other automation tools.

  • Experience with B2B funnel optimization and CRO.

  • Experience with AI marketing tools.
