We’re supporting a client who is looking to appoint a Head of Performance Marketing & Growth within a startup iGaming company, to build a centralised, high-impact marketing function from the ground up. The Role
You will be responsible for designing and executing performance marketing strategies targeting .com markets, with a strong focus on acquisition, optimisation, and growth. The position offers a high level of autonomy, where you’ll define processes, test new approaches, and continuously evolve marketing strategies based on performance and market dynamics.
Over time, this role may expand into building and leading a wider marketing operation, including the potential setup of additional acquisition channels and support functions.
Key Responsibilities

• Marketing-focused academic background or equivalent practical experience
