We are looking for a Head of Marketing / Marketing Director to join our team. As Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s position within the B2B iGaming sector. You will be responsible for elevating brand visibility, driving partner engagement, and contributing to business growth across key markets.
This role requires a strong understanding of the iGaming landscape, with a particular focus on affiliate marketing, CRM strategies, and partner communications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a related role, preferably within the iGaming industry, and will be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the profit and loss (P&L), including management of bonus and marketing budgets.
· Collaborate on and prepare budgets and forecasts to align with business goals.
· Develop and execute a market-specific strategy to position the brand effectively and achieve growth.
· Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
· Lead efforts in customer acquisition, conversion, and retention to generate profitable revenue.
· Partner with CRM and Content teams to create and implement campaigns optimized to maximize return on investment (ROI).
· Collaborate with the affiliate team to deliver high-quality, targeted content to key partners for optimal channel performance.
· Work closely with Media and Programmatic teams to test and refine new marketing channels.
· Coordinate with Customer Support (CS) and VIP departments to ensure the player experience meets and exceeds expectations, fostering loyalty and long-term retention.
Key Requirements:
· Proven experience in specific leadership role, in particular working within unregulated/grey markets.
· Strong understanding of operator needs, player behaviour, and market trends within the iGaming landscape, with the ability to translate insights into effective B2B marketing strategies.
· Strong background in both customer acquisition and retention strategies.
· Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring comprehensive and precise execution of tasks.
· Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
· Outstanding communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
