Key Responsibilities
- Drive supply chain analytics and optimization by conducting in-depth analyses of logistics, supplier performance, and inventory data to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Champion sustainability initiatives and cost optimization strategies to minimize waste and enhance efficiency across our supply network.
- Provide insights into procurement and supplier performance by evaluating lead times, pricing trends, and reliability to inform sourcing decisions.
- Optimize logistics and distribution processes through data-driven insights, improving shipping routes and warehouse operations.
- Develop and maintain robust data engineering processes, including ETL pipelines, to facilitate comprehensive analysis.
- Create real-time dashboards to monitor key supply chain metrics, identify bottlenecks, and support timely decision-making.
- Formulate risk management strategies and scenario planning models to anticipate supply chain disruptions and fluctuations in demand.
- Enhance demand forecasting and inventory planning through the development of predictive models.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in data science and supply chain analytics.
- Proficient in SQL, with extensive experience constructing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong expertise in Python for data analysis, forecasting, and optimization algorithms.
- Demonstrated experience with time series forecasting, optimization models, and statistical analysis.
- Proven track record of utilizing analytics, machine learning, and AI to drive operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Understanding of supply chain management platforms, ERP systems, or logistics tools.
- Solid business acumen with insights into sales and operations planning (S&OP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Experience working with global and distributed teams is an advantage.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from \(162,000 to \)203,000, depending on experience and location within the San Francisco area.
