Job Overview
Join our distinguished organization focused on revitalizing grasslands and enhancing soil carbon sequestration throughout the United States. Our mission is to equip ranchers with the tools necessary to adopt regenerative land management practices that not only enrich soil health and foster biodiversity but also actively combat climate change by capturing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. We have established successful partnerships with over 125 producers across 1.2 million acres in 20 states, implementing methods that rehabilitate grasslands, improve wildlife habitats, and promote sustainable soil management. By collaborating with us, ranchers can access lucrative revenue streams through our carbon credit program.
Currently, more than 41% of U.S. grasslands are used for grazing, covering an impressive 350 million acres. Despite this, fewer than 5% of these lands are managed using regenerative practices, even though they hold the potential to absorb at least 500 million metric tons of carbon dioxide every year. We are dedicated to transforming millions of acres of degraded grasslands into flourishing ecosystems that effectively sequester carbon. Our collaborations with leading organizations underscore our commitment to scientific rigor, excellence, and transparency, as we secure long-term agreements with major companies striving to minimize their carbon footprint and meet sustainability targets.
