Join our innovative team as a Campaign & Visual Design Manager and take a crucial role in advancing rooftop solar energy advocacy. As a fully remote position, you will work collaboratively with our Distributed Power Plant (DPP) team to create impactful messaging and visual materials that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear and engaging messaging that supports DPP initiatives.
- Plan and implement effective public education campaigns, including visual collateral and media engagement strategies.
- Transform complex information into accessible graphics and narratives.
- Collaborate with the DPP team to design educational materials that effectively convey data insights.
- Create a variety of resources, including presentations, website content, and program explainers.
- Oversee communication for legislative campaigns, managing coalition resources and external partnerships.
- Design and produce an array of digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines while managing design projects and revisions.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and assist in organizational functions, including meeting facilitation and documentation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management and graphic design, showcasing expertise in data visualization and advocacy messaging.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) along with familiarity with tools like Figma and Canva.
- Strong comprehension of data visualization best practices and principles.
- Ability to maintain and enhance brand identity and design standards.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects in a virtual team environment.

- A robust portfolio demonstrating your experience in executing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Commitment to creating user-friendly and accessible design materials.
