Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the brand's global social media strategy across a multitude of platforms.
• Generate, curate, and distribute captivating content that aligns with both editorial and business objectives.
• Maintain an organized content calendar, managing production, scheduling, and publication tasks.
• Craft engaging and contextually relevant social media copy, while actively engaging with our online community.
• Analyze social media trends, conduct social listening, and provide actionable insights for content optimization.
• Design and implement innovative social campaigns that resonate with team priorities and overarching brand goals.
• Test and refine social media strategies to enhance brand reach, engagement, and awareness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and explore new creative avenues to enrich our social media presence.
• Cover live events, tournaments, and industry highlights when needed.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a brand-focused role.
• Educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including graphic design, video editing, and GIF/meme creation.
• Familiarity with social media publishing, analytics, and listening tools.
• In-depth understanding of eSports, gaming, and internet culture.
• Strong creative instincts coupled with a proactive approach and a passion for digital storytelling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
• Capability to travel for events and tournament coverage if required.
• Quick-thinking with the agility to capitalize on trends and produce timely, relevant content.
